Every day Szczepan changes the world for the better by helping NGOs become more effective, including by winning over the hearts and resources of potential Donors. He loves crafting and telling good stories about how small but valuable steps taken together make the world more beautiful.
He is a passionate practitioner of the difficult art of fundraising and of continuous organisation development. This is why he looks after the Foundation’s Donors and is continually on the lookout for new avenues of development. He believes that there is still beauty in the world, only hidden, and he helps it to emerge.
He is passionate about everything that can be read, and has a special love for Polish fantasy novels and good books on business development.


Agnieszka Kosecka-Wierzejska

Agnieszka Kosecka-Wierzejska

Public Relations Specialist | Member of the inCanto Foundation Board

Biologist by profession, musician by passion. She is mainly interested in sacred vocal music from chorale and traditional song to choral polyphony. For years she has been associated with the Dominican music milieu. She collaborates with the Dominican Liturgical Centre Foundation, engaging mainly in music projects, primarily in the organization of the Extraordinary Music Workshops from their first edition. She also co-created the first edition of the Extraordinary Music Festival. Currently, she sings permanently in chamber music ensembles Lege Artis and Sancta Trinitas. She has participated in numerous choral projects and workshops. As a guest musician, she has worked many times with befriended Cracow choirs. She has participated in recordings of Lege Artis and the Dominican Liturgical Centre Foundation. Agnieszka also computer-edits and typesets sheet music.

In addition to music, she likes to cook (and eat); in the kitchen, she combines traditional Polish cuisine with Italian finesse.

Wife of Daniel, mother of Tobiasz.

At the inCanto Foundation, she handles social media communications in addition to editing texts for projects and publications. She also helps organise Foundation events.


Daniel Wierzejski

Daniel Wierzejski

Music Specialist | Member of the inCanto Foundation Board

Musician (chorister), musicologist, music critic, webmaster. A graduate of Music Education at the Cracow Academy of Music, he also studied Music Theory and Musicology at the Jagiellonian University.

He has participated in master classes with prominent singers: Marcel Peres, Divna Ljubojević, Patrizia Bovi, Andrew Kotov.

The author of numerous reviews, concert reports, musical essays published in Polish music press, as well as scientific publications devoted to the music of Polish composers of the 20th century. For several years, he has focused his research interests in the direction of sacred music, in particular liturgical music (both Gregorian chant, early polyphony, and early religious songs).

Since 2017, Daniel has been developing his own startup StronyART, an interactive microagency in charge of the Ensemble Project, supporting musicians by promoting their work through multimedia agencies and online.


Marta Serwińska

Marta Serwińska

Managing Director | Member of the inCanto Foundation Board

Marta’s favourite task is managing projects and she has worked as a project manager in a company for the last few years. She combines competence as a historian with passion and determination in promoting ideas. She infects others with her tried and tested time management methods. In 2017, she co-organised the Festival and Workshops of Extraordinary Music, for which she also prepared grant applications to public institutions.

At the Foundation, she is responsible for administrative affairs, HR and anything that requires patient interaction with public agencies. She is also irreplaceable in ensuring timely compliance with work schedules and planning. She is one of the people responsible for the Foundation’s development strategy.

Marta loves old fountain pens and she has several in her collection. She is quite knowledgeable about perfumes, and not only those for women. She has recently discovered a passion for cycling around Poland.
